Inspection and acceptance duties
At the time of delivery of the Products, the Buyer shall immediately:
- verify the quantities and packaging of the Products and record any objection in the delivery note;
- carry out a compliance check of the Products in relation to the order confirmation and record any difformity in the delivery note.
In the event of a complaint, the Buyer must comply with the following procedures and terms:
- communication must be carried out within no more than [3 (tre) giorni lavorativi] starting from the delivery of the Products;
- in the event that the dispute is related to a defect that, despite the initial inspection, has been concealed, the dispute must be made as soon as possible by the end of the working day in which the defect has been discovered and, in any case, no later than [2 (due) settimane] from the delivery of the Products;
- the detailed communication must be forwarded in writing to H&S HOME SOLUTION SRLS within the above mentioned terms, any communication made by telephone is not accepted;
- the communication must clearly specify the type and amount of the vices adopted; – the Buyer agrees to make available the contested Products so that they are inspected; this inspection will be carried out by H&S HOME SOLUTION SRLS;
- no dispute with reference to the quantities, quality, type and packaging of the Products may be made unless, through the communication specifically to the delivery note, in accordance with the above procedure;
- any Product for which no dispute has been raised in accordance with the procedures and the terms set out above shall be deemed approved and accepted by the Buyer.
